Release Day
Down Bad Crying at the Bookstore
Friends,
Well somehow it is June 4 and Barely Even Friends is out in the world. This is such a dream come true for me to be able to say my book is out in the world.
This is a day that felt like would never come, and as much as I tried to prepare, still snuck up on me. I’m incredibly lucky that I have so many friends and family who are also in town to make today special for me.
I hope to see some of you tonight whether in person or virtually for my debut event at East City bookstore with Ava Wilder. There are a few remaining seats left if you’d like to come.
I’ve also been incrdibly lucky to be invited to some local Barnes and Noble’s for signing events. My website is the bast place to keep track of where I’ll be if you’d like to get your hands on a signed copy or just to say hello (I might have gotten a few more copies of Tamara’s incredible art so if you didn’t get a chance to preorder you can still get a copy at one of these events.
I also recently got a chance to speak with Cantina Book Club about Barely Even Friends. This was such a fun conversation. You can check out the episode here.
Barely Even Friends is available now wherever books are sold!
While I go with the roller coaster of having a book out in the world, I also want to transition this space to talking more about my future writing projects and anything else. So if you have anything you’d like to see from me, let me know.
For today’s special edition of books I’d recommend check out these June 4 releases
Match Me If You Can by Swati Hegde
Birding with Benefits by Sarah T Dubb
Triple Sec by TJ Alexander
Isabel and the Rogue by Liana De la Rosa
